Team Philosophy

This is part of our foundation level and younger age group  here at Clipstone Welfare Colts. The aim is to build the fundemental movements and develop 1st phase footballing skills with the emphasis on enjoyment and group bonding.

Our aim is to allow all players at this stage to develop at their own pace and coach them in such a way that all players get to work on their weaknesses broaden their strengths and give them the foundation skills required to achieve their full potential.
