SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Most customers like to take advantage of our showroom and samples when choosing their sportswear ranges from us, however we do offer a mail order service too. Shipping for orders over £75 are Free and just £3.95 for orders under £75. Items are shipped on a 2-3 day delivery after garments are made available. Personalised items may take an additional 3-5 working days to get ready

Return & Exchange Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us no later than 7 working days after receiving your order, and we will provide all of the details you require to return your goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to take reasonable care of the goods and that they are returned in NEW / UNWORN condition. The cost of returning the goods is at the buyers expense and they must be returned to us within 7 working days of you receiving them. Please note that we do not refund postage & packaging costs.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, a replacement will be despatched to you upon receipt of the faulty item being returned. No additional charges will be made for replacement item delivery. If the item is no longer available or out of stock, a replacement of the same quality and value or a full refund will be offered . you must notify us within 7 days of delivery date. You will be provided with a returns number which must accompany the returned item. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the returns number. You must take reasonable care of the item while in your possession.

As per the distance selling regulations we DO NOT accept returns on any personalised items unless received faulty.
