About the Kickstart Academy Coaches Association

The KSACA is dedicated to supporting the development of our community of coaches

Our purpose is to inspire coaches to be the best they can be and to help develop the standards of coaching within the KS League and the local area.

What do you get from the KSCA?

Members will gain priority access to all KSACA Events

Regular coach education workshops delivered by UEFA Qualified Coaches

Coaches have input into planning future events tailored to their needs

Opportunity to network and share ideas from other coaches

Regular newsletters and notification of FA in service training events

Regular online Q&A support workshops

Awareness of mentoring opportunities

Workshops will comprise of practical and theoretical support and will be delivered by professional coaches using mic and speaker systems

Arrival (Warm up) activities incorporating How to manage different levels of ability (The STEP principle)
Motivation Workshop (Understanding motivation and how to apply it into your coaching)
Practice design (Planning appropriate session)

Hot and cold food and drinks including licenced bar will be available throughout the night and will remain open after the workshops.

Pricing

Club Membership - Costs £125.00 per year, the club will receive 5 annual membership cards to share across coaches to access the 12 monthly Coaches Workshops. Multiple subscriptions can be purchased by clubs subject to availability. This works out at £2.08 per session. Clubs with teams in any Kickstart Leagues will recieve 20% bursary making the cost £100.00 (£1.65 per session)

Individual Membership - Costs £35 per year. Managers / Coaches in the Kickstart Leagues will recieve 20% bursary (£28.00 / £2.33 per session)

Pay on the gate - Costs £5.00 per session with no annual subscription. Managers / Coaches in the Kickstart Leagues will recieve 20% bursary. (£4.00 per session)

Session Details
Workshops will be the second Monday of every Month starting Spring 2022. Doors open 6pm, Practical workshop starts 6:30pm prompt, Q&A session at 7:45pm
Session topics and details will be emailled out to subscribers in advance of the sessions.
Lead coaches will wear microphones and be audible through the sound system.
